The Roaring Twenties

The 1920s in Canada was an era of excitement and optimism.  World War I was over and Canada, along with the rest of the world, was looking forward to an era of peace and prosperity.  Canadians felt confident about their future.  Restraint was thrown to the winds and men and women alike shook off the shackles of the past and let the 20’s roar.
